I. General information

1.1.Web service NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ is monitoring visits and visitors of Internet presentations in real-time. Monitored data is processed and displayed by the system in couple listings and comparison overviews.

1.2. NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ server is based on external monitoring of each visit on the presentation. Visits monitoring requires placing of specific external HTML code presentation's sourcecode. (Invisible pixel in PNG format.) Specific HTML code is generated after the registration to the system.

1.3. Usage of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ services is voluntary. By registering to the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system, users claim, that they agree to these Terms of use of the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ service. Users also agree to follow these rules.

1.4. The provider of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ is the European Network Company s.r.o. (www.euneco.com).

1.5. Users of the system are concrete physical persons or a business subjects, that were registered to the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system on the address www.navstevnost.cz/registrace by accountable representative and started to use one of our services Start, Standard, Profi).

II. Terms of use of NÁVŠTĚVNOST

2.1. NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system allows it's users to monitor visitors and visits of internet, intranet, or extranet presentation, or it's part. Monitored presentation is a website on one domain, that contains HTML code generated by the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.2. User is responsible for correct placement of the HTML code generated by the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system to the sourcecode of the monitored presentation. By putting NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ HTML code to the website, user begins to use the service.

2.3. Every page must contain only one HTML code from the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.4. User is not allowed to change HTML code generated by NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ. Change of this code is considered as a serious violation with these Terms of use. In such case, the provider of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ has the right to remove monitored presentation from the system and user looses the right for returning of the subscription fee.

2.5. User must provide correct information when registering. Provided information will be used for billing purposes.

2.6. Registered user has the right for 14 days of trial use. After the expiration of this trial, user is in the case of further cooperation, required to pay the subscription to the provider. Otherwise, is required to remove the HTML code generated by NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.7. Service of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ server is a pre-paid service. By the selected type of payment by the registration, (quartarly, semi-annualy, or annualy) user will be e-mailed with the payment notice. This is used as the advance payment.

2.8. Correct tax document - invoice - will be mailed to the user in 14 days of receiving payment by the provider of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.9. In case of payment delay in the lenght of more than 14 days after the payment maturity, system will automatically stop displaying of the monitored data. In case that payment is delayed more than 21 days monitored presentation will be removed from NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.10. Web presentations that are not in compliace with laws of the Czech Republic or presentations with pornographic content cannot become users of the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ.

2.11. The provider has the right to refuse registration to the system in case that the content of the web presentation is in violation with the statement in paragraph 2.10. Operator has the right to refuse registraion attempt, or interrupt providing of services in case that the content of the presentation is in violation with good manners. User, in such case, looses the right for returning of the service fee.

III. Security and data protection

3.1. By placing HTML code from NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ to sourcecode of the website, user provides provider information about visits and visitors of the monitored presentation. Obtained data is saved to the database by the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ and is processed for displaying in comparison tables and graphs.

3.2. Obtained data can be the source for surveys and analysis. Operator states that, all monitored data is processed in annonymous form and is not accessible by third parties.

3.3. Access to the monitored data is provided only to the registered user. Entrance to the system is protected by login and password.

3.4. The provider states that information provided by the user in the time of registration will not be provided to the third-parties.

3.5. NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system collects only anonymous (non-personal) information, that cannot be linked with any concrete person (visitor of the monitored presentation).

IV. Duties of the provider

4.1. The provider of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ is not responsible for monitored data.

4.2. The provider is not responsible for interruption of services caused by the Act of God (Internet interruptions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

4.3. User has the right to stop using NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ. In such case, looses the right for returning of the subscription fee.

4.4. The provider has the right to change these Terms of use. Registered users of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ will be notified about all changes and news in advance by e-mail sent to the e-mail address, provided by the time of registration.

4.5. Relationships created by these Terms of use are controlled by Business Laws (Obchodním zákoníkem (zákon č. 513/1991 Sb.)).

4.6. In the case of conflict between user and the provider of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ, a civil court is authorised by Citizen law system. (Občanský soudní řád, v platném znění, zákon č. 99/1963 Sb.).
