After the unsuccessful login to the system, fill in your username and e-mail address that you provided with the registration. To ensure maximal security, all passwords in NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system are encrypted. From this reason, system will send you a new password to your e-mail.
I have totally changed color layout of my website, so I would like to change the color of the counter. What should I do?
Section My Profile on NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ is allowing you to change the counter color and other features. Choose color design of your counter, that you feel comfortable with. Graphical scheme has no influence on monitored values. New color scheme will contain all data obtained to the time of change (with old counter).
Can I switch after tryout from START to PROFI version of your service?

How do you distinguish shires of ČR a SR?
Shires of ČR and SR are distinguished by IP address of a server and a database, that provides a shire to each IP address. Organisation with headquarters in one shire can have a server in different shire, but this listing is always working only with physical location of the server.
Why there is no information about visitor counts in historical seasons?
In October 2004, with the new version of NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ service, there was an update to the user information and update to the visitor listings, from count of viewed pages to count of actual users. From this reason are user counts in older listings zero.

How does the subscription work in your system?
Payment for services is done by prepaid subscription, similar to subscription of
daily press, or fees for an internet domain. Form of subscription allows customer to decide, what type of service suits best his needs,
how long customer wants to use our service and what frequency of payments customer demands. It's possible to customize type of subscription
and freqvency of payments in My profile section. Users are able to change type of service (versions Start, Standard, Profi) they use with every new payment.
When should I pay the advance payment for the subscription?
After the successful registration in NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system, registered user has 14 days to try our services for FREE. After expiration of this period, user is obliged to order and pay a subscription. Otherwise this user is obliged to remove HTML code generated by NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ service.
I hadn't paid on time and I can't access my information. What should I do?
Access to the system will be granted in 24 hours from receiving you payment on the European Network Company s.r.o. bank account. In case, that payment is not received in 7 days from sending of the second reminder, monitoring of the presentation will be, by the license agreement, stopped by the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system.

How do you work with personal data from registration form?
Personal data obtained from the registraion in the NÁVŠTĚVNOST CZ system serve only for correct communication and correct printing tax sheets for the system subscriptions. Your personal data is secured from thirdparty's misuse.
